PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-2002-42 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF MARDEL LLC FOR AONE- <br />YEAR EXTENSION OF VESTING TENTATIVE TRACT MAP 7176 (LEMOINE <br />PROPERTY) <br />WHEREAS, Vesting Tentative Tract Map 7176 (Mazdel LLC) to allow the 12-lot residential <br />subdivision located at 4456 Foothill Road was approved by the Planning <br />Commission on May 10, 2000; and <br />WHEREAS, the Tentative Map is scheduled to expire on May 25, 2002, unless a fmal map is <br />recorded prior to this date; and <br />WHEREAS, Mardel LLC has applied for cone-yeaz extension of the Vesting Tentative Map <br />7176; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - RDR/LDR (Rural <br />Density Residential/Low Density Residential) District and West Foothill Road <br />Corridor Overlay District; and <br />WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public hearing of July 10, 2002, the Planning Commission <br />considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the <br />City staff concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categorically exempt from the requirements of the <br />California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA); and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that extension of the Vesting Tentative Map <br />as conditioned is appropriate. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves the application of Mardel LLC for aone-yeaz extension of Vesting <br />Tentative Map 7176, subject to the conditions shown in Exhibit "B," attached hereto <br />and made part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption <br />unless appealed prior to that time. <br />
