The developer shall explore the use of composite fencing in place of wood <br />fencing. <br />122. The proposed design for the estate home shall be modified to include greater <br />architectural detailing. The revised design of this house shall be provided for the <br />review and approval of the Planning Director prior to issuance of a building <br />permit. <br />123. The developer shall explore alternatives to the proposed grading plan which <br />would lower the proposed lots to an elevation closer in height to the proposed trail <br />by off-hauling soil from the site.
