MINUTES <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br /> November 16, 2010 <br /> CALL TO ORDER <br /> Vice Mayor Thorne called the regular meeting to order at the hour of 7:00 p.m. Councilmember <br /> Thorne led the Pledge of Allegiance and provided the introductory remarks. <br /> ROLL CALL <br /> Present: Councilmembers Cook- Kallio, McGovern, Sullivan, Vice Mayor Thorne <br /> Absent: Mayor Hosterman <br /> AGENDA AMENDMENTS - None <br /> Administrative Services <br /> 1. Approved regular meeting minutes of September 21, 2010 and October 5 & 19, 2010 <br /> (Councilmember Sullivan abstained from the Minutes of September 21, 2010) <br /> Community Development <br /> 2. Accepted the actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission <br /> 3. Adopted Resolution No. 10-409 approving a Controlled Access Highway between the <br /> State of California and the City relating to the intersection of Vineyard Avenue and State <br /> Route 84 (Isabel Avenue) <br /> 4. Approved plans and specifications, reviewed bids and authorized the City Manager to <br /> enter into construction contract with TNT Industrial Contractors, Inc. in the amount of <br /> $205,533 for the Annual Water Replacement project - Longview Drive Pump Station, CIP <br /> No. 091028 <br /> Councilmember McGovern confirmed with the City Attorney that she had no conflict of interest <br /> and did not need to recuse herself from participating in the vote on this item. <br /> 5. Adopted Resolution No. 10-410 for Annexation /Detachment No. 148, Vineyard Avenue <br /> Realignment consenting to the waiver of property tax for the Lonestar Parcel (APN 946- <br /> 4598- 010 -00) located outside the City limits <br /> 6. Waived second reading and adopted Ordinance No. 2014 modifying the Bernal Property <br /> PUD Development Plan as filed under case PUD- 02 -07M and PCUP -210 <br /> * *Councilmember Sullivan voted no** <br /> Economic Development <br /> 7. Waived second reading and adopted Ordinance No. 2013 implementing the state Digital <br /> Infrastructure and Video Competition Act by adding a new Chapter 6.54, State Video <br /> Franchises to the Pleasanton Municipal Code <br />
