Resolution No. PC-02-38 <br />Page 10 <br />City of Pleasanton Private Development Design Guidelines adopted <br />April 15, 1986. <br />29. The applicant shall submit 3 full-size sets of construction plans (wet- <br />stamped and signed), 2 sets of the necessary structural and Title 24 <br />calculations, 2 copies of a site specific soils report, and the completed <br />Building Permit Questionnaire to the Building Department, along with the <br />necessary fees, to initiate the City's plan check process. <br />30. Prior to issuance of a building permit, the applicant shall pay the applicable <br />Zone 7 and City connection fees and water meter cost for any water meters, <br />including irrigation meters. Additionally, the developer shall pay any <br />applicable DSRSD sewer permit fee. <br />31. Building and situs plans are to be submitted to the Building Department on <br />computer disk in a format approved by the Director. Digitized information <br />shall be submitted before requesting a final inspection and should reflect <br />as-built situs and architectural information as approved by the Director. <br />FIRE <br />32. The applicant shall post address numerals on the project signage so as to be <br />plainly visible from all adjoining streets or driveways during both daylight <br />and night time hours. <br />33. The development shall meet all requirements of the Pleasanton Fire Code <br />(Chapter 20.24 of the Pleasanton Municipal Code). <br />34. The site shall be kept free of fire hazards from the start of construction to <br />final inspection. <br />ENGINEERING <br />35. The applicant shall submit a final drainage plan prepared by a licensed civil <br />engineer depicting all on-site drainage control measures. This plan shall be <br />subject to the review and approval of the City Engineer and/or the Director <br />of Building Inspection prior to the issuance of any building permits. <br />36. The applicant shall submit a refundable cash bond for construction hazard <br />prior to issuance of an Engineering or Building Department permit. The <br />amount of this bond will be determined by the City Engineer. <br />37. All drive aisles shall be signed for no parking except in designated parking <br />areas. <br />
