PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-2002-37 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF E.W. THORPE AND <br />DAVID AND SHAWN EDGINGTON FOR PLANNED UNIT <br />DEVELOPMENT DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL, AS FILED UNDER CASE <br />PUD-80-2-17D <br />WHEREAS, E. W. Thorpe and David and Shaw Edgington have applied for Planned <br />Unit Development design review approval to allow construction of a <br />22,660-square-foot, two-story office building located at 6612 Koll Center <br />Pazkway in the Bernal Corporate Pazk; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - I/C-O <br />Industrial/Commercial-Office) District; and <br />WHEREAS, at its duly noticed public heazing of June 26, 2002, the Planning <br />Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and <br />recommendations of the City staff concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed project is covered by the Final Environmental Impact Report <br />approved by the City Council for PUD-80-02; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission determined that the proposed building fulfills <br />the requirements of the PUD Development Plan for this site and <br />complements the character of the surrounding area. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON RESOLVES THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1. Approves Case PUD-80-02-17D, the application of E. W. Thorpe and <br />David and Shaw Edgington for Planned Unit Development design review <br />approval to allow construction of a 22,660-square-foot, two-story office <br />building located at 6612 Koll Center Parkway in the Bernal Corporate <br />Park, subject to the conditions shown in Exhibit "B," attached hereto and <br />made part of this case by reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and <br />adoption unless appealed prior to that time. <br />
