Resolution No. PC-02-34 <br />Page 3 <br />Exhibit "B" <br />Conditions of Approval <br />PADR-551 <br />4464 Sierrawood Lane <br />The proposed addition shall conform substantially to the site plan and related <br />materials, Exhibit "A", dated "Received Apri12, 2002", on file with the <br />Planning Department, except as modified by these conditions. Minor changes <br />to the plans may be allowed subject to the approval of the Zoning <br />Administrator if found to be in substantial conformance with the approved <br />exhibits. <br />2. The colors and materials of the addition, including the roof, shall match those <br />of the main residence. <br />3. Prior to issuance of a building permit, the building elevation plans shall be <br />modified to show that the two second floor windows on the rear elevation will <br />be composed of obscured glass or an approved equal to prevent a view from <br />the interior of the home to the neighboring rear yards. <br />4. The property owners shall obtain a building permit from the Building <br />Department and any other applicable City permits for the project prior to <br />commencement of construction. <br />5. This design review approval for this case shall lapse within one (1) year from <br />the date of approval, June 12, 2002, unless a building permit has been issued <br />and construction has commenced and is diligently pursued toward completion, <br />or unless an extension has been approved by the City. <br />6. All construction activities shall be limited to the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 <br />p.m. Monday through Friday. No demolition or construction shall be permitted <br />on Federal Holidays. Construction equipment shall not exceed a noise level of <br />eighty-six (86) dBA at the property line. <br />{end} <br />
