Modify the last sentence of the first full paragraph on page 15 as follows: “She <br />noted that she is not indicating she has a problem with itthe Zoning <br />Administrator decision, but simply….” <br /> Modify the last sentence of the paragraph under Item a. of “Matters for <br />Commission’s Information” as follows: “She added that the Parks and <br />Recreation Commission will conduct the interviews for members of the public to <br />be on the Committee and recommend their selections to the City Council. <br />Commissioner Narum requested clarification regarding Terry Townsend being the <br />owner of Lot 3 as indicated in the first sentence of the first full paragraph on page 13. <br />She stated that she did not believe Mr. Townsend owned the property. <br />Ms. Stern clarified that Mr. Townsend did not own Lot 3 but that he designed the house <br />on the lot. She added that staff will make that correction. <br />Commissioner Pentin requested that the first sentence of the third full paragraph on <br />page 15 be modified as follows: “Commissioner Pentin stated that he sees in the <br />documents that were shown that the Commission does not have a lot of reference to <br />home sites and lots.” <br />Commissioner Narum moved to approve the Minutes of February 24, 2010, as <br />amended. <br />Commissioner O’Connor seconded the motion. <br />ROLL CALL VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Narum, O’Connor, Olson, Pearce, and Pentin. <br />NOES: None. <br />ABSTAIN: None. <br />RECUSED: None. <br />ABSENT: Commissioner Blank. <br />The Minutes of the February 24, 2009 meeting were approved, as amended. <br />3.
