<br />Resolution No. PC-2002-29 <br />Page 5 <br />The business operator shall be required to keep doors closed, but unlocked, <br />during business hours. <br />7. All tenant improvement plans must comply with all codes and ordinances <br />in effect before the Building Department will issue permits. <br />8. All site improvements and construction activities shall be limited to the <br />hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday. All <br />construction equipment must meet Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) <br />noise standards and shall be equipped with muffling devices. <br />9. The applicant shall meet all applicable requirements of the Pleasanton Fire <br />Code (Pleasanton Municipal Code Chapter 20.24). <br />10. All portions of the building covered by this approval shall have installed <br />and operating, fire extinguishers with a minimum 2-A:10-B:C rating. The <br />fire extinguishers shall be located within aseventy-five foot (75'-0") radius <br />of each other. <br />11. With construction of the tenant improvements, the applicant shall install a <br />second layer of sheetrock on the interior demising wall located on both east <br />and west sides of the tenant space. This detail shall be shown on the tenant <br />improvement plans submitted to the Planning Director for review and <br />approval before issuance of a building permit. <br />12. If, in the future, the number of members who come to use the facility at the <br />same time increases to more than eight, a 15-minute break between sessions <br />may be required at the discretion of the Planning Director if it is determined <br />that there is insufficient parking for the business operation. <br />13. If the shared parking agreement with 1811 Santa Rita Road becomes null <br />and void in the future, the applicant shall notify the Planning Department <br />immediately. At the discretion of the Planning Director, parking for the <br />fitness club may be re-evaluated, and changes to the operation, such as <br />limiting number of users at one time, may be required. <br />14. Unless otherwise required by the Building Official, the signage for the <br />restroom shall not be gender specific. <br />15. Signage for the business requires a separate approval by the Planning <br />Director. <br />{end} <br />
