20.24.010 California Fire Code adopted. <br /> A. The International Fire Code, 2009 Edition, as amended and set forth in the California <br /> Code of Regulations, Title 24, Part 9, published by the International Code Council is <br /> hereby adopted, together with Appendices D as amended, E (informational <br /> purposes), F, and H as amended except as set forth in this chapter. <br /> B. The International Fire Code (IFC) adopted by reference for the purpose of <br /> prescribing regulations governing conditions hazardous to life and property from fire <br /> or explosion in this chapter by reference is amended by the following additions, <br /> deletions and amendments thereto as set forth in this chapter. Reference numbers <br /> herein are taken from the 2010 California Fire Code. <br /> C. These regulations shall be known as the Pleasanton Fire Code, hereinafter referred <br /> to as "this code." <br /> D.
