Attachment 1 <br /> SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE CONTRACT BETWEEN <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> AND NELSON FIALHO <br /> This AGREEMENT is made and entered into this 4th day of January 2011, by and <br /> between the City of Pleasanton, a Municipal Corporation and hereinafter referred to as <br /> "CITY' and NELSON FIALHO, hereinafter referred to as "FIALHO ". This agreement <br /> amends the contract between the City of Pleasanton and Nelson Fialho dated October <br /> 13, 2004 and amended with the First Amendment on December 4, 2007. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of mutual promises, conditions and covenants <br /> herein contained, the parties agree to amend the Contract as follows: <br /> 1. Section 4. Benefits is amended to read as follows: <br /> 4.a. Fialho shall pay the full 8% of employee contribution of the California Public <br /> Employee Retirement System, effective the second full pay period after January <br /> 1, 2011, or as soon as administratively feasible. <br /> 2.
