Resolution No. PC-2002-12 <br />Page 5 <br />8. All portions of the building covered by this approval shall have installed and <br />operating, fire extinguishers with a minimum 2-A:10-B:C rating. The fire <br />extinguishers shall be located within aseventy-five foot (75' 0") radius of each <br />other. <br />9. The applicants shall stripe the paved azea between the buildings located at 220-A <br />and 220-B Division Street, respectively, for three parking full-size spaces. Wheel <br />stops shall be provided. The striping shall be completed to the satisfaction of the <br />Planning Director before the start of business. <br />10. The applicants shall negotiate with the owner of the Round Table Pizza property <br />for permission to install an opening in the fence that separates the project site <br />from the Round Table Pizza pazking area and shall install a walkway connecting <br />the two areas to the satisfaction of the Planning Director before the start of <br />business. <br />11. A 15-minute interval shall be provided between classes. <br />12. Within six months of the Planning Commission's approval of the proposed yoga <br />studio, the Planning Director shall review with the owners/operators of the yoga <br />studio, the operation of the yoga studio with respect to pazking. If necessary, the <br />Planning Director shall review means by which additional pazking can be <br />provided for the proposed use, including the reduction of class size, the feasibility <br />of paving the vacant azea on the east side of the building located at 220-A <br />Division Street, etc. The design of the parking area would be administered by the <br />Planning Director under an application for design review approval. <br /><END> <br />
