CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1190 APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF ASHWILL, HAWKINS AND PARTNERS, INC. FOR PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL TO CONSTRUCT A NINE BUILDING, 55,008 SQ. FT. OFFICE COMPLEX ON APPROXIMATELY 4.3 ACRES LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SANTA RITA ROAD AND STONERIDGE DRIVE WHEREAS, Ashwill, Hawkins and Partners, Inc. have applied for development plan approval for construction of a nine building, 55,008 sq. ft. office complex on an approximately 4.3 acre site located at the southeast corner of Santa Rita Road and Stoneridge Drive; and WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a mitigated negative declaration was adopted by Council on March 26, 1985; and WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommendation for approval of the development plan; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on March 26, 185; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this development plan is consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton; THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the development plan for construction of a nine building, 55,008 sq. ft. office complex on an approximately 4.3 acre site located at the southeast corner of Santa Rita Road and Stoneridge Drive, subject to the conditions on Exhibit "A", attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. Section 2: The City staff is directed to case a Notice of Determination to be filed pursuant to Section 5.4(g) of Resolution No. 77-66. Section 3: This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley Times" a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of Pleasanton. Section 4: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after the date of its final passage and adoption.
