CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1188 <br /> <br /> APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON TO <br /> REZONE AN APPROXIMATELY 3.0 ACRE SITE LOCATED AT 539, <br /> 553, AND 571 ST. JOHN STREET FROM I-G (GENERAL <br /> INDUSTRIAL) DISTRICT TO THE PUD (PLANNED UNIT <br /> DEVELOPMENT)-HIGH DENSITY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton applied to have an approximately <br /> 3.0 acre site located at 539, 553, and 571 St. John <br /> Street rezoned from the "I-G" (General Industrial) <br /> District to the PUD (Planned Unit Development)-High <br /> Density Residential District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's <br /> recommendation for approval of the rezoning; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on March 26, 185; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this rezoning is consistent <br /> with the General Plan policies of the City of <br /> Pleasanton; <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the rezoning of an approximately 3.0 acre <br /> site located at 539, 553, and 571 St. John Street <br /> rezoned from the "I-G" (General Industrial) District to <br /> the PUD (Planned Unit Development)-High Density <br /> Residential District. <br /> <br />Section 2: The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated <br /> April 18, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating <br /> and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby <br /> amended by Zoning Unit Map #305, attached hereto as <br /> Exhibit "A" dated March 26, 1985, and incorporated <br /> herein by reference. <br /> <br /> <br />
