ROLL CALL <br /> <br />r- <br /> <br />Staff Members Present: <br /> <br />Heidi Kline, Senior Planner; Eric Kishi, Assistant Planner; <br />Larissa Seto, Assistant City Attorney; Phil Grubstick, <br />Assistant Director of Public Works/City Engineer; and <br />Katherine Ferreira, Recording Secretary <br /> <br />Commissioners Present: <br /> <br />Commissioners Brian Arkin, Trish Maas, Mary Roberts, <br />and Matt Sullivan <br /> <br />Commissioners Absent: <br /> <br />Commissioners Jon Harvey and Harvey Kameny <br /> <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - January 9, 2002 <br /> <br />Commissioner Roberts amended the last sentence of the first para~raph on page 10 to read as <br />follows: "She thanked staff for reminding the Commission that this is a program EIR and not a <br />project EIR, which is why the EIR doesn't address the railroad issues at this point." <br /> <br />Commissioner Roberts amended the third sentence of the last paragraph on page 10 deleting the <br />words after ". . . the Walnut residents." <br /> <br />Commissioner Roberts amended the first paragraph on page 16 to read "theme ride. . ." <br /> <br />r- <br /> <br />PLANNING COMMISSION MINUTES <br /> <br />January 23, 2002 <br /> <br />Page 1 <br />
