He stated that he feels the <br />Planning Commission will need to base its decision regarding Rose A venue on data that they <br />have not seen. He asked if there will be project specific studies done prior to Rose A venue being <br />extended. She stated that the <br />problem she has with the office use is that it does not open up the Arroyo for public use. She <br />noted that there needs to be a buffer or some kind of protection for the Walnut residents.
