ROLL CALL <br /> <br />Staff Members Present: <br /> <br />Brian Swift, Director of Planning and Community <br />Development; Heidi Jo Kline, Senior Planner; Larissa Seto, <br />Assistant City Attorney; Phil Grubstick, Assistant Director <br />Public Works/City Engineer; Katherine Ferreira, Recording <br />Secretary <br /> <br />r <br /> <br />Commissioners Present: <br /> <br />Commissioners Brian Arkin, Jon Harvey, Mary Roberts, <br />and Matt Sullivan <br /> <br />Commissioners Absent: <br /> <br />Commissioners Harvey Kameny and Trish Maas <br /> <br />2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES - October 10,2001 <br /> <br />Commissioner Roberts amended the third paragraph on page 13 to read as follows: "She <br />continued that. . . easements have been processed, and the EBRPD will receive money for this <br />project." <br /> <br />Commissioner Harvey amended the second to the last paragraph on page 8 to read as follows: <br />"He pointed out that the self-storage facility would be a relatively benign land use considering <br />other potential land uses, and that it does not create a lot of pollution. . .
