Prior to reaching a decision, the <br /> Zoning ADministrator may consult with such other <br /> City personnel as he deems necessary or advisable. <br /> The Zoning Administrator shall approve, <br /> conditionally approve, or deny lot line adjustments <br /> within thirty (30) days of receipt of a completed <br /> application. <br /> <br /> c. Conformity with Applicable Regulations. Lot line <br /> adjustments shall be approved only if the Zoning <br /> Administrator finds that the resulting lots, and <br /> the relationship of any improvements located <br /> thereon to the proposed property lines, conform to <br /> the applicable purposes, standards, and regulations <br /> of the subdivision and zoning ordinances. <br /> <br /> d. Certificate of Lot Line Adjustment Approval. Upon <br /> approval, the Zoning Administrator shall issue a <br /> certificate of lot line adjustment approval. The <br /> certificate, and recordable instruments evidencing <br /> the lot line adjustment, shall be recorded by the <br /> owner(s) with a copy of the recorded instrument <br /> forwarded to the City. <br /> <br /> e. Appeal. If the owner(s) is dissatisfied with any <br /> action of the Zoning Administrator, he may, within <br /> fifteen (15) days after such action, appeal to the <br /> Planning Commission following the procedures for <br /> appeals from Zoning Administrator actions found in <br /> Article 1 of Chapter 2, Title II of the Ordinance <br /> Code of the City of Pleasanton. <br /> <br />2-3.11 Owner-Requested Mergers and Reversions to Acreage by <br />Parcel Map <br /> <br /> a. Owner-Requested Mergers. Contiguous parcels under <br /> common ownership may be merged without reverting to <br /> acreage upon receipt of City approval following the <br /> filing of an application evidencing the consent of <br /> all common owners of the affected parcels. The <br /> procedures for processing such merger applications <br /> shall be the same as those for lot line <br /> adjustments, Section 2-3.10 of Article 5.5, Chapter <br /> 1, Title II of the Ordinance Code of the City of <br /> Pleasanton. <br /> <br /> b. Owner-Requested Reversions to Acreage by Parcel <br /> Map. A parcel map may be filed for the purpose of <br /> reverting to acreage land previously subdivided and <br /> consisting of four or less contiguous parcels under <br /> the same ownership.
