3. PRICE PROPOSAL <br />This fee proposal is based on our understanding of the scope of work as described in the Request for <br />Proposal issued by the City of Pleasanton dated August 5, 2010 and ensuing modifications and <br />negotiations with the City as reflected in the revised scope of work.
