The project shall meet all requirements of the City's Growth Management Program, as determined by the Director of Community Development. The project developer shall post address numerals on the building so as to be plainly visible from all adjoining streets or driveways during both daylight and night time hours. 115. The building covered by this approval shall be designed and constructed to meet Title 24 state energy requirements. 116. All building and /or structural plans must comply with all codes and ordinances in effect before the Building Division will issue permits. All construction shall conform to the requirements of the 2007 California Fire Code and City of Pleasanton Ordinance 1965. All required permits shall be obtained. 118. Underground fire mains, fire hydrants, and control valves shall be installed in conformance with the most recently adopted edition of NFPA Pamphlet 24, "Outside Protection." • The underground pipeline contractor shall submit a minimum of three (3) sets of installation drawings to the Fire Department, Fire Prevention Bureau.
