CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF pLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1184 APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF pLEASANTON TO REZONE AppROXIMATELY 25,500 SQ. FT. AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF PETERS AVENUE AND DIVISION STREET FROM "RM-1500" (MULTIPLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) TO THE "A" (AGRICULTURAL) DISTRICT WHEREAS, the City of pleasanton applied to have an approximately 25,500 sq. ft. site located at the southwest corner of the intersection of Peters Avenue and Division Street rezoned from RM-1500 (Multiple-familY Residential) to the "A" (Agricultural) District; and WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study indicating no significant adverse effects on the environment, a negative declaration was adopted by Council on February 26, 1985; and WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommendation for approval of the rezoning; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on February 26, 1985; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this rezoning is consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of pleasanton; THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF pLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the rezoning of an approximately 25,500 sq. ft. site located at the southwest corner of the intersection of Peters Avenue and Division Street from the RM-1500 (Multiple-familY Residential) District to the "A" (Agricultural) District. Section 2: The Zoning Map of the City of pleasanton dated April 18, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby amended by Zoning Unit Map #303, attached hereto as Exhibit "A" dated February 26, 1985, and incorporated herein by reference. Section 3: The City staff is directed to cause a Notice of Determination to be filed pursuant to Section 5.4(g) of Resolution No. 77-66.
