Mr. Smith <br /> directed him to the website which outlines what has been completed so far as well as an <br /> upcoming timeline. He said staff has completed several portions of the first phase and is <br /> currently working on the greenhouse gas inventory review. Subsequent steps include a <br /> greenhouse gas target, which is scheduled for completion this month, followed by several <br /> workshops. The full plan is scheduled to be completed February 2012. <br /> Councilmember McGovern confirmed with staff that they would prepare a cost benefit analysis <br /> to accompany the Plan.
