retail floor area and approximately 588,781 square feet of office floor area and revised <br />uses on an approximately 39.22 -acre site located on the south side of Bernal Avenue <br />between the northbound I- 680 /Bernal Avenue exit ramp and Valley Avenue (6750 Bernal <br />Avenue), and off-site construction at the Bernal Avenue /Koll Center Drive intersection <br />and the Bernal Avenue/ Valley Avenue intersection subject to the conditions shown on <br />Exhibit A attached here and incorporated herein by reference. <br />SECTION 2. A summary of this ordinance shall be published once within fifteen <br />(15) days after its adoption in the "Valley Times ", a newspaper of general circulation <br />published in the City of Pleasanton, and the complete ordinance shall be posted for <br />fifteen (15 days) in the City Clerk's office within fifteen (15) days after its adoption. <br />SECTION 3.
