RECYCLED WATER TO PLEASANTON AND DUBLIN <br /> Western Dublin (Existing Customers) <br /> Dublin San Ramon Services District (DSRSD) seeks to design and construct recycled <br /> water distribution pipeline facilities to serve irrigation demands at several locations in <br /> Central Dublin. The distribution system pipelines will be connected to a 16 -inch recycled <br /> water main in the Iron Horse Trail that runs through Dublin. The following public <br /> recreational areas and schools are proposed to be connected to the recycled water <br /> system: <br /> Wells Middle School Murray Elementary School <br /> Valley High School Community Swim Center <br /> Fredriksen Elementary School Cronin Park <br /> Dublin High School Kolb Park <br /> Dublin Elementary School Stagecoach Park <br /> Connecting these customers to recycled water would reduce potable water demands by <br /> approximately 215 acre -ft per year. The estimated cost of the project is $5.6 Million. <br /> Federal and Alameda County Facilities (Existing Customers) <br /> Dublin San Ramon Services District (DSRSD) seeks to design and construct recycled <br /> water distribution pipeline facilities to serve irrigation demands in Camp Parks, the <br /> Federal Corrections Institution, and the Alameda County Santa Rita Jail in Dublin. The <br /> distribution system pipeline will be connected to 30 -inch recycled water main on <br /> Dougherty Road, and 6 -inch recycled water main on Gleason Drive, in Dublin. <br /> Connecting these customers to recycled water would reduce potable water demands by <br /> approximately 260 acre -ft per year. The estimated cost of the project is $5.25 Million. <br /> North Pleasanton (Existing Customers) <br /> Pleasanton seeks to design and construct recycled water distribution pipeline facilities to <br /> serve approximately 150 existing irrigation sites replacing potable water with recycled <br /> water in North Pleasanton. The system includes pipelines, a pump station, storage and <br /> treatment facilities. The following some of the key areas to be served: <br /> Streetscapes in Hacienda Valle Vista Park <br /> Business Park Stoneridge Area parks and <br /> Pleasanton Sports Park streetscapes <br /> Connecting these customers to recycled water would reduce potable water demands by <br /> approximately 1,700 acre -ft per year. The estimated cost of the project is $20.5 Million. <br /> East Pleasanton - Staples Ranch (New Development) <br /> Pleasanton seeks to design and construct recycled water distribution pipeline facilities to <br /> serve the Staples Ranch area in Eastern Pleasanton. The system would extend the <br /> Districts existing distribution system to the make recycled water available for proposed <br /> irrigation use within the proposed new development. The system includes pipelines and <br /> treatment facilities. The following some of the key areas to be served: <br /> Streetscapes <br /> Parks <br /> Connecting these customers to recycled water would reduce potable water demands by <br /> approximately 140 acre -ft per year. The estimated cost of the project is $3.0 Million. <br /> Recycled Water to Pleasanton and Dublin Project <br /> Dublin San Ramon Services District <br />
