(ii) assists in providing privacy, in attenuating <br /> sound transmission, and/or in reducing other <br /> annoyance from neighboring properties, and <br /> <br /> (iii) does not significantly impact upon the <br /> aesthetics and safety of the neighborhood nor <br /> the light and air to all affected properties. <br /> <br /> (4) Any action of the Zoning Administrator may be <br /> appealed to the Design Review Board by any affected <br /> party." <br /> <br /> Section 2: Subsection 2-5.32(b) of Article 2 (Definitions), <br /> Chapter 2, Title II of the Ordinance Code of the City of <br /> Pleasanton is hereby amended by adding the following: <br /> <br /> "Sec. 2-5.32(b) .
