The approved project contained a total of 745,000 square feet <br /> of office development at buildout. <br /> At this time, the developer proposes to move forward with a proposal for retail uses instead of <br /> office uses on the northernmost 12.5 acres of the site and has revised the plan for office uses on <br /> the remaining 26.72 acre portion of the site that would be built at a later date. <br /> The previous "Office Only Project' approvals assumed eight office buildings at 93,125 square <br /> feet each on this 39.22 -acre site for a total of: <br /> • 745,000 square feet of office uses. <br /> This Office Only Project and is the baseline for this analysis. <br /> The current "Retail and Office Project" instead proposes the following. Retail development on <br /> the northernmost 12.5 -acre portion: <br /> Add a supermarket /grocery store, two buildings with integral drive- through lanes that can be <br /> used by a bank or restaurant, one drive- through pharmacy, and eight buildings that will <br /> accommodate a variety of retail and food service businesses and personal services. The total <br /> floor area will be 129,730 square feet, 58,000 square feet for the supermarket, 14,008 square feet <br /> for the pharmacy, and 57,722 square feet for the remaining buildings. <br /> • 58,000 square foot grocery store <br /> • 14,008 square foot pharmacy with a drive - through <br /> GHG EMISSIONS ANALYSIS FOR THE PLEASANTON GATEWAY PROJECT PAGE 1 OF 9 <br />
