The corrected paragraph follows: <br /> The Planning Commission requested staff to prohibit fast food restaurants. It is within the <br /> Planning Commission's purview to do so because this is a PUD proposal, which allows the <br /> City flexibility to select appropriate allowed uses. If the Planning Commission's concern is the <br /> potential use of franchise architecture with its corporate appearance and colors, a draft condi- <br /> tion prohibits franchise or thematic architecture; a proposed change to modify the building de- <br /> sign may require a Major Modification. <br /> Page i <br />
