Pleasanton Gateway— Environmental Checklist <br /> Site Access <br /> The primary public street access to the Pleasanton Gateway property is from Bernal <br /> Avenue and Valley Avenue. The `Approved Site Plan for the Pleasanton Gateway Site ", <br /> Figure 9 on Page 10 of the Initial Study, shows the public street driveways for the <br /> approved development: one right -turn entrance /exit only driveway on Bernal Avenue, two <br /> left- /right -turn entrance /exit driveways on Valley Avenue opposite the traffic circles, and a <br /> third right -turn entrance /exit only driveway on Valley Avenue. Bernal Avenue links the Pleasanton Gateway property to 1 -680, a major <br /> north /south freeway corridor, and to City arterials /collectors including Foothill Road, Valley <br /> Avenue, Stanley Boulevard, and Sunol Boulevard. Valley Avenue links the Pleasanton <br /> Gateway property to City arterials including Hopyard Road and Stanley Boulevard. Both <br /> sides of Bernal Avenue and Valley Avenue are constructed with continuous bicycle lanes. <br /> Pleasanton General Plan' <br /> Pleasanton General Plan <br /> The 2005 — 2025 General Plan Land Map of the Pleasanton General Plan' designates the <br /> Pleasanton Gateway property Retail /Highway/ Service Commercial, Business, and <br /> Professional Offices land uses, with a maximum and midpoint Floor Area Ratio (FAR) of <br /> 60 percent and 35 percent, respectively.
