Resolution No. 03-016 <br />Page Two <br /> <br />Section 3: <br /> <br />Endorses the approval of the 2003 Update of the Tri-Valley Transportation <br />Council Strategic Expenditures Plan (SEP). <br /> <br />Section 4: <br /> <br />Endorses the approval of the fee increase schedule proposed by Contra Costa <br />County to bring by October 2004 all Tri-Valley Transportation Development fees <br />up to at least 50 percent of the nexus fee amount. <br /> <br />Section 5: <br /> <br />This resolution shall become effective immediately. The revision to TVTD fee <br />shall be effective 60 days following the adoption of a similar revision by the <br />County of Alameda, the County of Contra Costa, the cities of Dublin, San Ramon <br />and Livermore and the Town of Danville. <br /> <br />Section 6: <br /> <br />SeverabiliW. Each component of the TVTD fee, as revised, and all portions of this <br />resolution are severable. Should any individual component of the TVTD fee, as <br />revised, or other provision of this resolution be adjudged to be invalid and <br />unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall be and continue to be fully effective, <br />and the TVTD fee, as revised, shall be fully effective except as to that portion that <br />has been adjudged to be invalid. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY THAT THE FOREGOING WAS DULY AND <br />REGULARLY ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, AT <br />A MEETING HELD ON MARCH 18, 2003 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />Councilmembers - Ayala, Brozosky, Campbell, Hosterman, and Mayor Pico <br /> <br />Michael H.
