RESOLUTION NO. 10 -395 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, APPROVING CHANGES TO THE FEDERAL ROADWAY CLASSIFICATION MAP WHEREAS, the City Council, on February 24, 1975, adopted Resolution No. 75 -33 (Resolution Approving the Federal Aid Urban System in the City of Pleasanton and the Urban Boundary in the City of Pleasanton); and WHEREAS, the City Council, on February 19, 2008, adopted Resolution No. 08 -172 (Resolution Approving Changes to the Functional Classification Map); and WHEREAS, from time to time changes are needed to the Federal Aid Roadway Classification of Pleasanton roadways. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: SECTION 1. This Council concurs with and approves changes to the Federal Aid Roadway classification of various Pleasanton roadways in order to reflect changes in usage and necessary corrections, as set forth in Exhibit "A ", a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. SECTION 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. SECTION 3. City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this resolution and enter it into the book of original resolutions. PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton at a regular meeting held on September 7, 2010.
