RESOLUTION NO. 10 -395 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, <br /> APPROVING CHANGES TO THE FEDERAL ROADWAY CLASSIFICATION MAP <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council, on February 24, 1975, adopted Resolution No. 75 -33 <br /> (Resolution Approving the Federal Aid Urban System in the City of Pleasanton and the Urban <br /> Boundary in the City of Pleasanton); and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council, on February 19, 2008, adopted Resolution No. 08 -172 <br /> (Resolution Approving Changes to the Functional Classification Map); and <br /> WHEREAS, from time to time changes are needed to the Federal Aid Roadway <br /> Classification of Pleasanton roadways. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: <br /> SECTION 1. This Council concurs with and approves changes to the Federal Aid <br /> Roadway classification of various Pleasanton roadways in order to reflect changes in usage and <br /> necessary corrections, as set forth in Exhibit "A ", a copy of which is attached hereto and <br /> incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> SECTION 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br /> adoption. <br /> SECTION 3.
