CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1172 <br /> <br /> APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF BRENTWOOD HOLDING COMPANY <br /> FOR PUD ZONING AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR A <br /> 40-UNIT APARTMENT COMPLEX ON 2.5 ACRES ON THE EAST SIDE <br /> OF MONACO DRIVE NORTH OF THE OFFICES AT 44-90 MISSION <br /> DRIVE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Brentwood Holding Company applied for development plan <br /> approval for construction of a two-story, 40-unit <br /> apartment complex on the approximately 2.5 acre parcel <br /> located on the east side of Monaco Drive, north of the <br /> offices located at 44-90 Mission Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a mitigated <br /> negative declaration was adopted by Council on <br /> December 11, 1984; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's <br /> recommendation for approval of the development plan and <br /> rezoning; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on December 11, <br /> 1984; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this development plan and <br /> rezoning is consistent with the General Plan policies of <br /> the City of Pleasanton; <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the development plan for a two-story, <br /> 40-unit apartment complex on the approximately 2.5 acre <br /> parcel located on the east side of Monaco Drive, north <br /> of the offices located at 44-90 Mission Drive, subject <br /> to the conditions on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and by <br /> this reference incorporated herein. <br /> <br />Section 2: Approves the rezoning of an approximately 2.5 acre <br /> parcel located on the east side of Monaco Drive, north <br /> of the offices located at 44-90 Mission Drive from <br /> "PUD-Commercial and Offices" to the "PUD-High Density <br /> Residential" District. <br /> <br />Section 3: The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated <br /> April 18, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating <br /> and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby <br /> amended by Zoning Unit Map #298, attached hereto as <br /> Exhibit "B" dated December 11, 1984, and incorporated <br /> herein by reference. <br /> <br /> <br />
