She is excited about the project on a number of levels and <br /> for a number of reasons, and thanked everyone involved <br /> MOTION: It was M/S by Cook - Kallio /McGovern to approve the following as amended: <br /> Approve the Staples Ranch Policy Statement with Safe Streets Pleasanton, Alameda <br /> Creek Alliance, the Center for Biological Diversity, and the Alameda County Surplus <br /> Property Authority (ACSPA) and authorized its execution by the City Manager <br /> Adopt and waive first reading of Resolution No. 10 -392 certifying the Stoneridge Drive <br /> Specific Plan Amendment /Staples Ranch Environmental Impact Report Supplement <br /> Adopt and waive first reading of Resolution No. 10 -393 rescinding the California <br /> Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Findings, Statement of Overriding Considerations, and <br /> Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Plan related to the Staples Ranch Development as <br /> approved by the City Council on February 24, 2009, and adopting revised CEQA Findings, <br /> Statement of Overriding Considerations and Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Plan for <br /> the Staples Ranch Development <br /> Adopt and waive first reading of Resolution No. 10 -394 rescinding the Stoneridge Drive <br /> Specific Plan Amendment/Staples Ranch adopted on February 24, 2009 and approving <br /> and adopting a revised Stoneridge Drive Specific Plan Amendment/Staples Ranch <br /> Introduce and waive first reading of Ordinance No. 2006 rescinding Ordinance No. 1989 <br /> (that pre -zoned and rezoned the Staples Ranch Site) and approving prezoning and <br /> rezoning the same site <br /> Approved the Policy Statement by the County of Alameda and the cities of Dublin, <br /> Livermore and Pleasanton regarding Transportation Priorities and Commitments in the Tri- <br /> Valley <br /> Motion passed by the following vote: <br /> Ayes: Councilmembers Cook - Kallio, McGovern, Sullivan, Thorne, Mayor Hosterman <br /> Noes: None <br /> Absent: None <br /> 5.
