CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1167 <br /> <br /> APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF OLLIREP PROPERTIES FOR PUD <br /> (PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT) ZONING AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN <br /> APPROVAL FOR A 10 UNIT RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT ON 0.98 <br /> ACRES AT 123 RAY STREET (PUD-84-11) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Ollirep Properties applied for development plan and <br /> PUD-zoning approval for construction of a ten-unit <br /> multi-family residential project on the 0.98 acre site <br /> loated at 123 Ray Street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a negative <br /> declaration was adopted by Council on October 30, 1984; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's <br /> recommendation for approval of the development plan and <br /> rezoning; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on October 30, <br /> 1984; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this development plan and <br /> rezoning is consistent with the General Plan policies of <br /> the City of Pleasanton; <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the rezoning of an approximately 0.98 acre <br /> site located at 123 Ray Street from "RM-1500" to the <br /> "PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Medium Density <br /> Residential" District. <br /> <br />Section 2: Approves the development plan for a ten-unit <br /> clustered residential development proposed for 123 Ray <br /> Street, subject to the conditions set forth in Exhibit <br /> "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br /> reference. <br /> <br /> Section 3: The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated <br /> April 18, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating <br /> and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby <br /> amended by Zoning Unit Map #296, attached hereto as <br /> Exhibit "B" dated October 30, 1984 and incorporated <br /> herein by reference. <br /> <br /> - 1 - <br /> <br /> <br />
