CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1167 APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF OLLIREP PROPERTIES FOR PUD (PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT) ZONING AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR A 10 UNIT RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT ON 0.98 ACRES AT 123 RAY STREET (PUD-84-11) WHEREAS, Ollirep Properties applied for development plan and PUD-zoning approval for construction of a ten-unit multi-family residential project on the 0.98 acre site loated at 123 Ray Street; and WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a negative declaration was adopted by Council on October 30, 1984; and WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommendation for approval of the development plan and rezoning; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on October 30, 1984; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this development plan and rezoning is consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton; THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the rezoning of an approximately 0.98 acre site located at 123 Ray Street from "RM-1500" to the "PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Medium Density Residential" District. Section 2: Approves the development plan for a ten-unit clustered residential development proposed for 123 Ray Street, subject to the conditions set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. Section 3: The Zoning Map of the City of Pleasanton dated April 18, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating and dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby amended by Zoning Unit Map #296, attached hereto as Exhibit "B" dated October 30, 1984 and incorporated herein by reference. - 1 -
