That there shall be no truck deliveries to the market <br /> between the hours of 10:00 pm and 6:00 am. <br /> <br /> 9. In granting approval of this development plan, it is <br /> recognized that 5 of the 9 black walnut trees located <br /> adjacent to tl~e western property line shall be removed <br /> leaving the 4 trees shown on the development to remain, <br /> and that all of the eucalyptus trees along the eastern <br /> line shall be removed as well as the 5 small trees adjacent <br /> to the southern property line where the market will be <br /> located. The 12 inch and 10 inch deodars shown along the <br /> property ].ine shall be retained. The final landscape <br /> plan shall show numerous 24 inch box trees in he 10 ft. <br /> wide planter along the eastern property line to replace the <br /> removed eucalyptus and the type of trees used here shall <br /> be subject to the approval of the City Engineer. <br /> <br /> 10. That there shall. be no liquor stores, fast food restaurants, <br /> electronic game arcades, convenience food stores or any <br /> all night businesses allowed in the shopping center. <br /> <br />11. That during construction the applicant shall employ <br /> all necessary measures to preserve the trees showI] on <br /> the plan to be retained on the subject site. Such <br /> measures shall include but not necessarily be limited to <br /> providing barricades around the trees to protect their <br /> trunks, roots and low hanging branches. These barricades <br /> sh.~l] be set far enough from the trees to protect them <br /> from soil compaction and excavation, ..~ <br /> <br />12, That a minimum 3 ft, wide planter shall be constructed <br /> a].ong the entire length of the southern edge of the <br /> parking lot of the shopping center. <br /> <br />13. That the deve].oper obta.tn a set of the approved improve- <br /> ment plans for the reconstruction of Santa Rita Road <br /> prepared by Bissell and Karn, Civil Engineers and <br /> redesign street tie-ins and driveway 'locations accordingly. <br /> <br /> <br />
