<br />Chairperson Sullivan moved to approve Case PDR-84 in accordance with staff's <br />.r- recommendations with the addition that a technical peer review be done regarding the height of <br />the tree, the arrangement of the antennas, and a visual analysis from the Stoneridge Drive <br />overpass prior to the antenna being constructed. Review of the 2000-2001 Growth Manae:ement Report <br /> <br />r- <br /> <br />Mr. Swift advised that the staff report to accompany the Growth Management Report will be <br />provided for the March 28 Planning Commission meeting and will include some updated tables <br />and figures. <br /> <br />f. Review of Recommendations for Capital Improvement Proe:ram Proiects for 2001- <br />2006 <br /> <br />Continued to March 28, 2001. <br /> <br />7. MATTERS INITIATED BY COMMISSION MEMBERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Maas commented that the work of the Planning Commission has streamlined the <br />Council's review of projects. She stated that she wonders if sometimes the Commission may be <br />going overboard on its critiquing of proposals. Discussion ensued regarding Council's approval <br />of the Delco project. <br /> <br />Commissioner Kameny commented on the p.m. traffic travelling south on Santa Rita Road at Del <br />Valle Parkway, noting that the street is not properly striped. Staffwill ask the Traffic <br />Engineering division to review this matter. <br /> <br />Commissioner Arkin asked about the rezoning of the Pedro site.
