The proposed development shall be in substantial conformance to the Development <br /> Plans, Preliminary Lighting Analysis, Green Point Checklist, Project Narrative, <br /> Waste Diversion Plan, Tree Report, and Tree Replacement Plan dated Received <br /> February 2, 2009, Exhibit B, and Transportation Management Plan (TSM) plan, and <br /> Plan to Reduce Air Pollution from Stationary Sources dated May 14, 2009, Exhibit <br /> B, on file with the Planning Division, except as modified by the following conditions. <br /> Minor changes to the plans may be allowed subject to the approval of the Director <br /> of Community Development if found to be in substantial conformance to the <br /> approved exhibits, Exhibits A -B, inclusive. <br /> 2. All conditions of approval related to car sales, leasing, rental, operation, <br /> maintenance, painting, repair, washing, fuel dispensing, fluid changing, shall also <br /> apply to motorcycles, boats, and recreational and commercial vehicles, except as <br /> otherwise specifically stated in the conditions of approval for this case. <br /> 3. Prior to the issuance of a building permit, the plans shall be revised such that: <br /> a. All plan sheets include a scale and scale bar. <br /> b. The top of the roof heights and top of the parapet heights are shown on all <br /> elevation drawings. <br /> 4. Hours of Operation.
