PSE: "PSE" shall mean public service easement. <br /> 11. PUD: "PUD" shall mean planned unit development. <br /> 12. Specific Plan: "Specific Plan" shall mean the Stoneridge Drive Specific Plan <br /> Amendment /Staples Ranch, adopted by the City Council on August 24, 2010. <br /> 13. Staples Ranch Project Area: "Staples Ranch Project Area" shall mean the <br /> approximately 169 -acre project area proposed to be annexed into the City of <br /> Pleasanton as part of the Staples Ranch project, including adjacent right -of -way <br /> along the Arroyo Mocho Channel, El Charro Road, and Interstate 580 (1 -580) within <br /> the City's Sphere -of- Influence and Urban Growth Boundary. <br /> 14.
