CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1161 <br /> <br /> APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF ZONE 7 TO REZONE <br /> AppROXIMATELY 3.3 ACRES LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER <br /> OF HOPYARD ROAD AND pARKSIDE DRIVE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Zone 7 applied to have an approximately 3.3 acre site <br /> located at the northeast corner of Hopyard Road and <br /> Parkside Drive rezoned from the "A" (Agricultural) <br /> District to the "P" (Public and institutional) District; <br /> and <br />WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study indicating no <br /> significant adverse effects on the environment a <br /> negative declaration was adopted by Council on <br /> October 16, 1984; and <br /> WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission;'s <br /> recommendation for approval of the rezoning; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on October 16, <br /> 1984; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this rezoning is consistent <br /> with the General Plan policies of the City of <br /> pleasanton- <br /> THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF pLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> Section 1: Approves the rezoning of an approximately 3.3 acre <br /> site located at the northeast corner of Hopyard Road and <br /> Parkside Drive from the "A" (Agricultural) District to <br /> the "P" (public and institutional) District, subject to <br /> the conditions on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and <br /> incorporated herein by this reference- <br /> Section 2: The Zoning Map of the City of pleasanton dated <br /> April 18, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating <br /> an dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby <br /> amended by Zoning Unit Map #294, attached hereto as <br /> Exhibit "B" dated October 16, 1984, and incorporated <br /> herein by reference. <br /> Section 3: The City staff is directed to cause a Notice of <br /> Determination to be filed pursuant to Section 5.4(g) o <br /> Resolution No. 77-66. <br /> Section 4: This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen <br /> (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley Times," a <br /> <br /> <br />
