CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1161 APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF ZONE 7 TO REZONE AppROXIMATELY 3.3 ACRES LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF HOPYARD ROAD AND pARKSIDE DRIVE WHEREAS, Zone 7 applied to have an approximately 3.3 acre site located at the northeast corner of Hopyard Road and Parkside Drive rezoned from the "A" (Agricultural) District to the "P" (Public and institutional) District; and WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study indicating no significant adverse effects on the environment a negative declaration was adopted by Council on October 16, 1984; and WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission;'s recommendation for approval of the rezoning; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on October 16, 1984; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this rezoning is consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of pleasanton- THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF pLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the rezoning of an approximately 3.3 acre site located at the northeast corner of Hopyard Road and Parkside Drive from the "A" (Agricultural) District to the "P" (public and institutional) District, subject to the conditions on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference- Section 2: The Zoning Map of the City of pleasanton dated April 18, 1960, on file with the City Clerk, designating an dividing the City into zoning districts is hereby amended by Zoning Unit Map #294, attached hereto as Exhibit "B" dated October 16, 1984, and incorporated herein by reference. Section 3: The City staff is directed to cause a Notice of Determination to be filed pursuant to Section 5.4(g) o Resolution No. 77-66.
