That the rezoning of the approximately 62 acres subject <br />'~'~ property shall be per the site map, Exhibit A, dated 9/21/84 <br />~I on file with the Planning Department. <br />~i~i~'=~I' 2. That approval of this case is subject to the approval of case <br /> GP-84-13 and any conditions which may be attached thereto by <br /> the City. <br /> <br /> 3. That the applicant shall undertake to implement those <br /> mitigation measures identified by the environmental impact <br /> reports that have been required as'mitigation measures by 'the <br /> Planning Commission and/or City Council at any developmental <br /> stage of the project. <br /> <br /> 4. The subject property will undergo an environmental assessment <br /> at each developmental stage, and based on such assessment, <br /> the City may require further environmental investigations, <br /> reports or studies. <br /> <br /> 5. That the developer acknowledges that the City of Pleasanton <br /> does not guarantee tile availability of sufficient sewer <br /> capacity to serve this developmen_t' by the approval of this <br /> case, and that the developer agrees-and acknowledges that <br /> building permit approval may be withheld if sewer capacity is <br /> found by the City not to be available. <br /> <br /> 6. That the 9.1 gross acre 0 (Office) zoned site shown on <br /> Exhibit A for Case PUD-84-14 (dated 9/21/84) shall not be <br /> developed for one year following adoption of the ordinance <br /> for case PUD-84-14. <br /> <br /> <br />
