Proposal • City of Pleasanton Housing Element Update <br /> Part 1 <br /> Overview <br /> Project Objectives <br /> This proposal identifies tasks, schedule and a budget for assisting City <br /> staff in a revision of the Pleasanton Housing Element. The Housing <br /> Element must (1) be consistent with Article 10.6 of the State Planning 21 Elements <br /> and Zoning Laws, (2) be prepared through an orderly and inclusive asimani st.o.s A <br /> process involving outreach to the community, housing developers, ,,,., <br /> affordable housing and special housing needs providers, and decision - <br /> makers, (3) conform to State standards, legal requirements, and high S <br /> standards of professional planning practice, (4) foster community <br /> ownership and support for housing element recommendations, and <br /> (5) produce all products in a timely manner within the schedule and SanMateocountyandCities "21 <br /> budget parameters established by the City.
