CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 1158 <br /> <br /> APPROVING APPLICATION OF CHANG SU-O LIN FOR REZONING AND <br /> DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR A 215-UNIT RESIDENTIAL <br /> DEVELOPMENT ON APPROXIMATELY 230 ACRES SOUTH OF THE <br /> SOUTHERN TERMINUS OF BERNAL AVENUE, CONCORD STREET AND <br /> BORDEAUX STREET <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Chang Su-O Lin has applied for development plan approval <br /> for construction of a 224 unit residential development <br /> on an approximately 230 acre site, located generally in <br /> the area south of the southern terminus of Bernal <br /> Avenue, Concord Street, and Bordeaux Street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a mitigated <br /> negative declaration was adopted by Council on <br /> October 16, 1984; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's <br /> recommendation for approval of the development plan and <br /> rezoning; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on October 16, <br /> 1984; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this development plan and <br /> rezoning is consistent with the General Plan policies of <br /> the City of Pleasanton; <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the rezoning of an approximately 230 acre <br /> parcel located generally in the area south of the <br /> southern terminus of Bernal Avenue, Concord Street, and <br /> Bordeaux Street by reconfiguring the land use <br /> designations of PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Low <br /> Density Residential, Medium Density R~idential, and <br /> Open Space as shown on Zoning Unit Map #291, attached <br /> hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by this <br /> reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: Approves the development plan for a 215-unit <br /> residential development on an approximately 230 acre <br /> site, located generally in the area south of the <br /> southern terminus of Bernal Avenue, Concord Street, and <br /> Bordeaux Street, subject to the conditions on Exhibit <br /> "B" attached hereto and by this reference incorporated <br /> herein. <br /> <br /> <br />
