CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1158 APPROVING APPLICATION OF CHANG SU-O LIN FOR REZONING AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR A 215-UNIT RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT ON APPROXIMATELY 230 ACRES SOUTH OF THE SOUTHERN TERMINUS OF BERNAL AVENUE, CONCORD STREET AND BORDEAUX STREET WHEREAS, Chang Su-O Lin has applied for development plan approval for construction of a 224 unit residential development on an approximately 230 acre site, located generally in the area south of the southern terminus of Bernal Avenue, Concord Street, and Bordeaux Street; and WHEREAS, based on the Initial Environmental Study, a mitigated negative declaration was adopted by Council on October 16, 1984; and WHEREAS, Council received the Planning Commission's recommendation for approval of the development plan and rezoning; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on October 16, 1984; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this development plan and rezoning is consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton; THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the rezoning of an approximately 230 acre parcel located generally in the area south of the southern terminus of Bernal Avenue, Concord Street, and Bordeaux Street by reconfiguring the land use designations of PUD (Planned Unit Development)-Low Density Residential, Medium Density R~idential, and Open Space as shown on Zoning Unit Map #291, attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by this reference. Section 2: Approves the development plan for a 215-unit residential development on an approximately 230 acre site, located generally in the area south of the southern terminus of Bernal Avenue, Concord Street, and Bordeaux Street, subject to the conditions on Exhibit "B" attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein.
