The monitoring <br /> events are intended to satisfy the requirements of the Plan of Control dated September 16, 2003. <br /> The monitoring events will include: <br /> • Reconnaissance of the site slopes for indications of erosion or slope failure. <br /> • Observation of the Tined surface ditches and catch basin inlets for sedimentation, cracking or <br /> shifting. <br /> • Inspection of selected curb, gutter and roadway surfaces. <br /> We will provide the GHAD and/or the owner of the Lemoine Easement Area at least 3 calendar <br /> days written notice or 24 -hour personal or telephonic notice prior to our regularly scheduled <br /> inspection events as provided in the Plan of Control. <br /> We propose to conduct two regularly scheduled monitoring events and submit one annual <br /> monitoring report each year. As requested, the term of proposal covers the 5 -year period from <br /> 2010 through 2014. We propose to perform the services outlined above for a fee of $950 for the <br /> first two years (2010 and 2011) and $1,000 for remaining three years (2012, 2013 and 2014). <br /> For the 5 -year period, the fee would be $4,900. <br /> As requested, we will conduct additional inspection events on an as- needed basis (e.g. within <br /> 48 hours after a significant rain event as defined by the Plan of Control) for a fixed fee of $900 <br /> 2010 Crow Canyon Place, Suite 250 • San Ramon, CA 94583 • (925) 866 -9000 • Fax (888) 279 -2698 <br /> www.engeo.com <br />
