The monitoring events are intended to satisfy the requirements of the Plan of Control dated September 16, 2003. The monitoring events will include: • Reconnaissance of the site slopes for indications of erosion or slope failure. • Observation of the Tined surface ditches and catch basin inlets for sedimentation, cracking or shifting. • Inspection of selected curb, gutter and roadway surfaces. We will provide the GHAD and/or the owner of the Lemoine Easement Area at least 3 calendar days written notice or 24 -hour personal or telephonic notice prior to our regularly scheduled inspection events as provided in the Plan of Control. We propose to conduct two regularly scheduled monitoring events and submit one annual monitoring report each year. As requested, the term of proposal covers the 5 -year period from 2010 through 2014. We propose to perform the services outlined above for a fee of $950 for the first two years (2010 and 2011) and $1,000 for remaining three years (2012, 2013 and 2014). For the 5 -year period, the fee would be $4,900.
