Contract Number <br /> Exhibit A <br /> Scope of Work with Image X <br /> Activities Guide Printing Services <br /> Task 1: Produce a Blueline copy from information received from City's contracted graphics <br /> artist on disc or delivered through FTP site. Production timelines for each Activity Guide shall <br /> be agreed upon by both parties in writing and should allow for revisions (i.e., spelling. dates, <br /> grammar, corrections, etc.) betbre final draft is printed. Submit a breakdown of costs associated <br /> with revisions made on Blueline to Project Manager. and receive Project Manager's approval <br /> before final printing. <br /> Task 2: Provide same -day courier service to deliver Blueline copy to and from the Parks and <br /> Community Services Department - Administration Office, located at 200 Old Bernal Avenue, <br /> Pleasanton. CA. <br /> Task 3: Produce up to 28,000 copies of the Parks and Community Services Activities Guide <br /> three (3) times a year. The Guides shall be printed as noted below: <br /> Task 3A (Fall/Winter combination guide and Spring guide): Document shall consist <br /> ofa four -color cover (outside front cover, inside front cover, inside back cover, outside <br /> back cover), and inside pages shall consist of black plus one PMS spot ink color <br /> throughout. Paper weight shall be 80# House Gloss for cover and 50# Book Stock for <br /> inside material. Bindery shall be stapled. Guide will contain up to 68 pages, cover to <br /> cover, depending upon content. <br /> Task 3B (Summer guide with Summer Camp insert): Document shall consist of a <br /> four -color cover (outside front cover, inside front cover, inside back cover. outside back <br /> cover), and inside pages shall consist of black plus one PMS spot ink color throughout. <br /> Paper weight shall be 80# House Gloss for cover and 50# Book Stock for inside material. <br /> Bindery shall be stapled. Brochure will contain up to 52 pages, cover to cover. depending <br /> upon content. <br /> Summer Camp insert shall consist ofa four -color cover (outside front cover, inside front <br /> cover. inside back cover. outside back cover). and inside pages shall consist of black plus <br /> one PMS spot ink color throughout. Paper weight shall be 50# Book Stock for cover and <br /> inside pages. Bindery shall be stapled. Summer Camp Insert shall contain up to 12 <br /> inside pages and a four -page cover (up to 16 pages cover to cover). <br /> Task 4: Obtain City of Pleasanton residential mailing list/routes for zip codes 94566 and 94588, <br /> and deliver the respective number of Activities Guides to Pleasanton Post Office. located at 4300 <br /> Black Avenue. Pleasanton, CA. Pas/ office hoses and commercial addresses are not lo he <br /> included <br /> Task 5: Deliver remaining Activities Guides to the Parks and Community Services Department - <br /> Administration Office on the same day they are delivered to the Post Office. <br /> 6 <br />
