Amy Blaschka gave a brief PowerPoint presentation, said in order not to disrupt and interrupt <br /> their funding source; they are in year 4 of a 5 year agreement and want to continue with the <br /> partnership. The greatest amount of money will go toward sales and marketing efforts, some for <br /> operations and administration, and 5% of the TTBID dollars will go to reserves and renewal <br /> costs, and 1% will go to collection fees. She discussed events that lead to additional room <br /> nights and future generating pending business, public relations, advertising highlights, and <br /> international coverage. Ms. Blaschka also introduced Kevin Goebel, General Manager, <br /> Pleasanton Hilton, who was in attendance. <br /> MOTION: It was m/s by Cook- Kallio/Thorne to introduce Ordinance No. 2004 to renew the Tri- <br /> Valley Tourism Business Improvement District.
