CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1145 APPROVING AMENDMENT TO THE DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF PLEASANTON AND WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, FOR THE STONERIDGE SHOPPING CENTER AND SURROUNDING PERIPHERAL PROPERTIES WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton and Wells Fargo Bank entered into a Development Agreement on July 20, 1981 regarding development of the property known as the Stoneridge Shopping Center and the surrounding peripheral properties; and WHEREAS, in conjunction with the proposed development by Doubletree, Inc. of a hotel and related facilities on the peripheral property, it is necessary to amend the Development Agreement; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held on June 12, 1984; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that this Amendment to the Development Agreement is consistent with the General Plan policies of the City of Pleasanton; THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Amendment to Development Agreement between the City of Pleasanton and Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference. Section 2: The Mayor is authorized to execute the above-described agreement. Section 3: This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley Times," a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of Pleasanton. Section 4: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after the date of its final passage and adoption.
