THE CITY OF 23 <br /> CITY COUNCIL AGENDA REPORT L3 <br /> pLE ASANTONa <br /> July 20, 2010 <br /> Administrative Services <br /> TITLE: ADOPT A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE RESULT OF THE SPECIAL <br /> MUNICIPAL ELECTION HELD ON JUNE 8, 2010 CONCERNING <br /> MEASURE D <br /> SUMMARY <br /> A Special Municipal Election was held on June 8, 2010 for the purpose of voting on <br /> referendum petition concerning Ordinance No. 1961 approving the application of James <br /> Tong, Charter Properties (Oak Grove Development) for PUD Development Plan <br /> approval, as filed under Case PUD -33. The Registrar of Voters for Alameda County <br /> has canvassed the returns of all votes cast for Measure D and has certified the election. <br /> Attached for Council's reference is a copy of the official canvass, and Measure D (with <br /> City Attorney's Impartial Analysis) as set forth in the Voter Information Pamphlet. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> Adopt the proposed Resolution Reciting the Fact of the Consolidated Municipal Election <br /> held on June 8, 2010 and declaring the result as provided by law. <br /> FINANCIAL STATEMENT <br /> There is no fiscal impact associated with this action. <br /> Submitted by: Approve by: <br /> i Karery Diaz 3 Nelson Fialho <br /> City Clerk City Manager <br /> Attachment: <br /> 1.
