CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA ORDINANCE NO. 1141 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE II, CHAPTER 1, ARTICLE 5, OF THE ORDINANCE CODE OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON TO PERMIT THE CITY ENGINEER TO ACCEPT DEDICATIONS ON PARCEL MAPS AND THE CITY MANAGER TO APPROVE STANDARD DEVELOPMENT CONTRACTS IN CONJUNCTION WITH PARCEL MAP APPROVALS THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Title II, Chapter 1, Article 1, is amended by adding Sections 2-3.05.1 and 2-3.05.3 as follows: "Section 2-3.05.1 Acceptance of Parcel Map Dedications by City Engineer. In conjunction with the approval of any Parcel Map, the City Engineer may accept or reject dedications and offers of dedications that are made by certificate on the map." "Section 2-3.05.3 Acceptance of Standard Development Agreements by City Man'ager. In conjunction with the approval of any parcel map, the City Manager may sign on behalf of the City, standard development, improvement and dedication contracts." Section 2: This ordinance shall be published once within fifteen (15) days after its adoption in "The Valley Times ," a newspaper of general circulation published in the City of Pleasanton. Section 3: This ordinance shall be effective thirty (30) days after the date of its final passage and adoption.
