RESOLUTION NO. 10 -382 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, ADOPTING THE FY 2010 -11 MID -TERM BUDGET AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM WHEREAS, in June 2009, the City Council adopted a two -year Operating Budget and Capital Improvement Program for fiscal years 2009 -10 and 2010 -11; and WHEREAS, each quarter a report of financial condition is presented to Council which includes any staff recommendations for budget amendments or actions needed; and WHEREAS, staff has prepared a mid -term budget update which includes recommended amendments to the second year of the already adopted Operating and CIP budgets; and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on June 15, 2010, and staff presented a report regarding the recommended amendments NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: SECTION 1: Council adopts the FY 2010 -11 Mid -Term Budget and Capital Improvement Program Budget amendments. SECTION 2: Council adopts the FY 2010 -11 Pleasanton Community Grant Program as set form in Attachment A and the Community Development Block Grant Program as set forth in Attachment B of the Mid -Term Budget. SECTION 3: This resolution shall be come effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. SECTION 4: City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this resolution and enter it into the book of original resolutions. PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton at a regular meeting held on June 15, 2010.
