c) Overhead wires attached to the exterior surface of a building by means of a <br /> bracket or other fixture and extending from one location on the building to another location on <br /> the same building or to an adjacent building without crossing any public street. <br /> d) Equipment appurtenant to underground facilities, such as surface mounted <br /> transformers, pedestal- mounted terminal boxes and meter cabinets, and concealed ducts. <br /> SECTION 4. The City of Pleasanton shall provide electric service trenching, conduit, <br /> backfill, paving and panel conversions up to a maximum of $8,000 per service. The property <br /> owner shall be responsible for costs above that limit as well as for requested panel upgrades <br /> and maintenance of all individual electric service after project acceptance. The City's contractor <br /> and PG &E shall provide underground electric distribution to the individual service connection. <br /> SECTION 5. The City Clerk is herby instructed to notify all affected utilities and all <br /> persons owning real property within the Underground Utility District 09 -01 of the adoption of this <br /> resolution within ten (10) days after such date of adoption. <br /> SECTION 6. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br /> adoption. <br /> SECTION 7.
