RESOLUTION NO. <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, <br /> ADOPTING THE FY 2010 -11 MID -TERM BUDGET AND CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT <br /> PROGRAM <br /> WHEREAS, in June 2009, the City Council adopted a two -year Operating Budget and <br /> Capital Improvement Program for fiscal years 2009 -10 and 2010 -11; and <br /> WHEREAS, each quarter a report of financial condition is presented to Council which <br /> includes any staff recommendations for budget amendments or actions needed; and <br /> WHEREAS, staff has prepared a mid -term budget update which includes recommended <br /> amendments to the second year of the already adopted Operating and CIP budgets; and <br /> WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on June 15, 2010, and staff presented a report <br /> regarding the recommended amendments <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: <br /> SECTION 1: Council adopts the FY 2010 -11 Mid -Term Budget and Capital <br /> Improvement Program Budget amendments. <br /> SECTION 2: Council adopts the FY 2010 -11 Pleasanton Community Grant Program as <br /> set form in Attachment A and the Community Development Block Grant Program as set forth in <br /> Attachment B of the Mid -Term Budget. <br /> SECTION 3: This resolution shall be come effective immediately upon its passage and <br /> adoption. <br /> SECTION 4: City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this resolution and enter it into <br /> the book of original resolutions. <br /> PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton at <br /> a regular meeting held on June 15, 2010. <br /> I, Karen Diaz, City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton, California, certify that the foregoing <br /> resolution was adopted by the City Council at a regular meeting held on June 15, 2010, by the <br /> following vote: <br /> Ayes: <br /> Noes: <br /> Absent: <br /> Abstain: <br />
