The foot candle level for the remainder of the auto <br /> mall shall not exceed 10.0 foot candles as measured at <br /> ground level, except: <br /> In designated display areas near each dealership where <br /> merchandise is presented to customers, the foot candle <br /> level may be up to, but not exceed, 30.0 at ground level; <br /> and <br /> At the senior continuing care community, foot candle <br /> spill over from the auto mall shall not exceed 1.0 foot <br /> candle at ground level. <br /> ii. Lighting fixtures for automobile sales and services shall not <br /> exceed 25 feet in height, for ground- mounted poles, and up <br /> to 10 feet in height for roof top parking. <br /> 2 <br />
